"The Design Center at The Merchandise Mart and LuxeHome drew 2,000 designers, industry icons and attendees to Design Chicago, the Midwest’s largest residential design conference and inspirational trade fair held across the Mart’s 100-plus showrooms. In addition, the Chicago VIP Luxury Gala welcomed the who’s who of the design industry to celebrate the inaugural inductees into The Merchandise Mart Hall of Fame (Holly Hunt, Margaret McCurry, Tom Stringer and Rodger Owen).
